When Stepping Stones Counseling Center, LLC opened in 2005, Diane L. London, Owner and Director committed to doing Humanitarian Efforts as a way to give back to the world.

Hurricane Katrina (2005-2006)

Diane was deployed on two occasions through the American Red Cross to assist the survivors of Hurricane Katrina. She wrote an article that was published in the AAMFT Family Therapy Magazine regarding her experience.

Nicaragua (2007-2008)

Diane worked with Nicaragua Partners of WI in teaching women in Nicaragua through the VOICE project (Validating Our Initiatives Creating Empowerment). She travelled to Nicaragua on two occasions.

Earthquake Haiti (2010)

Diane went to Haiti after the Earthquake to assist survivors of the disaster at a school and a medical center. A video of some of those Diane worked with can be found below.

 

Clean Water – Africa (2012)

Diane and her daughter, Elizabeth London raised money to dig a well in Liberia, West Africa. Diane and Elizabeth travelled to dedicate the well in the Village of Tumatia in August 2012. A video can be found below.
